Food for Life is an evidence-based program, created by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Designed by doctors, nurses, and registered dieticians, classes guide participants on a journey toward feeling their best through healthy weight maintenance, and an overall healthful and sustainable plant-based diet that can help to lower cholesterol, control diabetes, reduce the risk of cancer, lower blood pressure, and boost energy and mood.

Cooking With Your Plants On! is an online cooking club hosted monthly that focuses on bringing together good food and good people! It's free to join and there's no commitment. Cook along from the comfort of your kitchen in a 1-hour-ish session featuring one or two delicious recipes. Everyone is welcome whether you’re vegan, plant-based, curious, or hungry!
