You simply cannot live life to the fullest if you aren't nourishing and taking care of yourself. And eating well begins with home cooking.

My culinary health coaching programs are designed to guide you step-by-step to meeting your health and wellness goals...starting in the kitchen. This isn't about complicated rules or trendy diets. And it's not about restrictive thinking.

Culinary health coaching is a partnership that results in improved lifestyle choices and will help you understand how to nourish your healthiest self by eating more natural, whole foods that come from plants.

My philosophy is based on meeting you where you are (no judgment here!) and helping you to tackle your challenges whether it's learning home cooking skills, meal planning, efficient and economical grocery shopping, or using plant-based whole foods to create nourishing, budget-friendly, and delicious dishes that promote health and longevity...I can help.

Coaching programs include a health assessment, goal setting, regular check-ins that provide supportive accountability, and live cooking sessions. Many coaching programs do not include actual hands-on training together but I believe doing is the key to success.

 

After you complete your coaching program:
