Classes are 100% plant-powered which means the recipes focus on the use of nourishing, whole foods that come from plants and support your health and vitality! Recipes are free from dairy, eggs, and other animal-based ingredients. Check for specific allergens in each class (gluten, nuts, soy). 

 

Classes are online allowing you to cook from the comfort of your own home and enjoy the food with friends and family.
