What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Class format is fun and relaxing with lots of opportunities to ask questions.
Ingredients: This class embraces low-fat, high-fiber, whole-food, plant-based cooking...wow, that's a mouthful but you can be sure that it'll be a delicious mouthful! Recipes are also lower in sodium and you can adjust based on your preferences.
Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone.
