About the event

This 1-hour class will help you get a creative and nourishing dinner on the table quickly for family or friends. It will feature elements of the classic Salad Nicoise like a fresh herb vinaigrette, potatoes, green beans, garden veggies, and olives, and showcase a scrumptious plant-based tuna salad. The sweet corn gazpacho is an easy blender soup that will round out the meal and cool you down!

Join me in my virtual kitchen and we can cook together (or you can kick bak and observe) from our respective kitchens! 

This menu is gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and oil-free.
