Make-Ahead Thanksgiving Main Dish
Reduce the stress of Thanksgiving by making your vegan main course in advance! In this class, you'll create a compassionate, hearty centerpiece for your meal that will be ready for reheating on the big day, leaving you time to relax or prepare the rest of the meal. (Dish is WFPB and gluten-free.)

About the event
In this class, we'll make a seasonally inspired, vegan main dish that's undeniably delicious and then wrap it up so it's ready for reheating on Thanksgiving! Then all you have to do is add your favorite side dishes and your holiday menu will be complete. If you're looking to incorporate a healthy and compassionate approach to your holiday meal but need a little help, this is the class for you!
Harvest Stuffed Squash (made with a vibrant and flavorful filling of quinoa, mushrooms, legumes, cranberries, and kale)
Soubise Sauce (a delicate and creamy French onion sauce that will elevate the experience!)
What to Expect: Recipe and shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing.
Ingredients: This class is gluten-free and 100% plant-based/vegan.
Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone
Fully Interactive: The class is designed so that you cook along, but you're welcome to watch and cook at your convenience. Classes are intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way!
