About the event

Simple Meals. Sacred Rhythms. Shared Table.

Classes will meet on Tuesdays in March · 6:15–7:30 PM. Come for some or all of the classes!

(3/10, 3/17, 3/24, 3/31)

This virtual cooking series invites you to enter the spirit of Lent through the kitchen—connecting prayer, fasting, and almsgiving in a way that strengthens both body and soul. Fasting from certain foods helps us rediscover the beauty of “enough,” creating space for humility, intention, and grace. Yet even in this sacred season of restraint, there is joy. Simple, humble foods can be deeply satisfying and full of flavor. Together, we’ll explore nourishing Lenten recipes, share ideas, and encourage one another along the way.

Whether you are faithfully observing the fast or simply curious, there is room for you at this table.

About the Classes: Together, we’ll prepare recipes that are free from animal products (meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs), oil, and wine.…
