Learn from a vegan chef and licensed Food for Life instructor about why a whole food, plant-based diet supports your best health and compassionate desires, and how easy, delicious, and affordable it is to put more plants on your plate!Â

If you're new to this but know that you want to feel better and live compassionately, this introductory class is for you! This Food for Life class includes a video, a cook-along class, and resources to help you get started.Â
Menu: Together we'll make one-pot sweet potato lentil curry with collards, zesty corn and edamame salad, and no-bake brownie bites!
What to Expect:Â
Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing.
Ingredients: This class is 100% plant-based/vegan, gluten-free, low-fat, and high-fiber! Â
Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone
Fully Interactive: Classes are intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way!
