About the event

Yes, you can make an amazing dinner inspired by the flavors of Ethiopian cooking right at home! Enjoy this plant-based, interactive online cooking class from your own kitchen where you'll cook along and make a hearty and nourishing dinner. 

This class is for all ages and abilities. 

Menu 

Birsin (Lentils simmered in spiced sauce)

Ingudai Tibs (A vegan version of the popular dish made with steak tips, cooked with tomatoes and aromatics)

Gomen Wot (Greens simmered with ginger and spices)

Instant Injera (A quick version of the essential spongy bread made with teff flour)

What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing. 

Ingredients: This class is gluten-free, nut-free, and peanut-free with minimal use of oil. Adjust sodium based on your preferences. 

Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone 

Fully Interactive: Classes are intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way! 

Duration: 90 minutes 

Prep: Recipes require some prep in advance
