About the event

What if you could have your treat and eat it, too? What if you could make yummy snacks and treats that do more than satisfy your sweet tooth? This class will help you take a healthy approach to satisfying cravings. Simple recipes that focus on whole-food ingredients and that are made without gluten, dairy, eggs, lots of added fats, or refined sugar mean you'll never have to say no to dessert again!

In this class, we'll make:

Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies (dense, rich, perfect for a healthy snack)

Black Bean Brownies (fudgy and rich, like a brownie should be!)

Blueberry Lemon Morning Muffins (bright, tender, and perfect for staying or going!)

What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun…
