Some recipes just need to be made: this is one of them and when we do it together, you'll want to do it for yourself all season long. 

Yes, there are armfuls of fabulous vegan ice cream options in the marketplace today–make these anyway. Yes, you need to buy ice cream molds even when you can buy ready-made chocolate-dipped bars or magnum bars–buy them anyway. And yes, there are a few simple steps to this recipe, and store-bought would be easier–do it anyway. 

If you want to feel like a kid again and delight in a cool, summertime treat that will delight your family and friends, join me in this class and learn how to make these ice cream bars. Oh, and because these might be the best-tasting ice cream bars you have ever had, you'll want to double the recipe...they disappear all too soon...just like the sweet days of summer.

NOTE: Special equipment: You'll need to buy inexpensive flat, silicone ice cream molds to make this recipe. These work well, they need to be flat, not stand-up popsicle molds. Blender and food processor are required.

What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent a week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing. 

Ingredients: This class is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and peanut-free. 

Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone. You will need a Google account to access.

Fully Interactive: Classes are intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way!
