Calcium and iron are essential to strong bones and bodies. A plant-based diet provides a healthier way to get plenty of these important minerals into your everyday diet. If you’ve got questions about the best plant-based sources and how to prepare them, this class is for you!
Cook along, or watch and cook later, as we learn about the best plant-based sources, how to boost absorption, and of course, how to make dishes sure to nourish and satisfy.
We'll be making:
- Lemony Braised Beans and Greens over Quinoa
- Chopped Broccoli & Kale Salad with Green Goddess Dressing
- Fig & Oat Snack Bites
What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing.
Special Equipment: Food processor
Ingredients: This class is gluten-free, nut-free, peanut-free, and oil-free. Adjust sodium based on your preferences.
Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone
Fully Interactive: Classes are intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way! You'll receive recipes and a shopping list in advance so you can cook along. If you want to watch and ask questions, you can cook later at your convenience.
