Calcium and iron are essential to strong bones and bodies. A plant-based diet provides a healthier way to get plenty of these important minerals into your everyday diet. If you’ve got questions about the best plant-based sources and how to prepare them, this class is for you! 

Cook along, or watch and cook later, as we learn about the best plant-based sources, how to boost absorption, and of course, how to make dishes sure to nourish and satisfy.

We'll be making: 

  • Lemony Braised Beans and Greens over Quinoa

  • Chopped Broccoli & Kale Salad with Green Goddess Dressing

  • Fig & Oat Snack Bites
