Chronic, or prolonged, inflammation is harmful because it gradually damages healthy cells, tissues, and organs. This increases your risk of developing illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer's. There are many things you can do to reduce inflammation and improve your overall health and diet is a big factor. In this class, you’ll learn:

  • How inflammation affects your body and what you can do about it
  • Some of the best anti-inflammatory foods to eat and what to avoid
  • Delicious, plant-based anti-inflammatory recipes you’ll enjoy again and again
  • Culinary skills that will help you build confidence in your kitchen

What to Expect: Recipes with a shopping list will be sent one week in advance along with the link to join. Chef Linda will provide contact information should you have any questions about shopping or prepping! Style is fun and relaxing. 

Ingredients: This class is whole-food, plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free. Adjust sodium based on your preferences. 

Technology: Connect via Google Meet on your computer, tablet, or phone 

Fully Interactive: Cook in the comfort of your kitchen with a virtual chef beside you! Classes are small and intimate so don't be shy in asking questions along the way! If you prefer, watch the class and ask questions, then cook later at your convenience.
