Why you should take this class: 

If you're hosting Thanksgiving and your guest list includes vegans, vegetarians, or health-conscious people, you'll want to take this class! Or if you're newly vegan and looking to adopt delicious new traditions, I've got you covered! The menu will even satisfy those who are gluten-free. So instead of stressing about what to make and how complicated it's going to be, learn how to make a delicious vegan holiday meal full of nourishing ingredients and fall flavors. The recipes can be used again and again!

Menu:

  • Simple Stuffed Squash
  • Shredded Brussels Sprouts & Apples with Dijon Vinaigrette
  • Cranberry-Pear Crisp with Soft-Serve Pumpkin Ice Cream

*The menu can be made gluten-free and nut-free

What You'll Need:

Special equipment, food processor

What to Expect:

  • This is an instructor-led cook-along class! You'll cook and eat at home in your own kitchen so invite friends or family to join you! You can watch and cook later, too.
  • Recipes are vegan & 100% Whole-Food Plant-Based 
  • Class is on Google Meet, join from your computer, tablet, or phone
  • Immediately after registering, you will get a confirmation email with the class log-in information. 
  • One week before the class, you'll receive the recipes and instructions on how to prep for class so you can cook along if you choose.
