Learn how to use healthy, whole-food ingredients to create a meal you'll want to add to your weeknight rotation. Â With just a few fresh vegetables and pantry ingredients, you'll enjoy a budget-friendly dinner in 30 minutes.

What to Expect:
- This is an instructor-led cook-along class! You'll cook and eat at home in your own kitchen so invite friends or family to join you! You can watch and cook later, too.
- Recipes are vegan & 100% Whole-Food Plant-BasedÂ
- Class is on Google Meet, join from your computer, tablet, or phone
- Immediately after registering, you will get a confirmation email that contains the meeting log-in information.Â
- One week before the class, you'll receive the recipes and instructions on how to prep for class so you can cook along if you choose.
