Even busy nights can include homecooked meals made with good nutrition and compassion! 

Learn how to use healthy, whole-food ingredients to create a meal you'll want to add to your weeknight rotation.  With just a few fresh vegetables and pantry ingredients, you'll enjoy a budget-friendly dinner in 30 minutes.

Healthy aspirations are the first things we sacrifice when we're busy and overwhelmed. With a little planning and time management, you can be eating well and nourishing your best self. This meal is a perfect example!

*This menu is gluten-free and uses nuts but can be made nut-free

What You'll Need:

  • Special equipment, food processor

What to Expect:

  • This is an instructor-led cook-along class! You'll cook and eat at home in your own kitchen so invite friends or family to join you! You can watch and cook later, too.
  • Recipes are vegan & 100% Whole-Food Plant-Based 
  • Class is on Google Meet, join from your computer, tablet, or phone
  • Immediately after registering, you will get a confirmation email that contains the meeting log-in information. 
  • One week before the class, you'll receive the recipes and instructions on how to prep for class so you can cook along if you choose.
